What we do
How we do it
Once you type your parcels' tracking numbers in our search bar, our system searches for them on the websites of hundreds of shipping companies worldwide. The search takes at most a few seconds. Our system presents the results to you in a way that's clear and easy to understand, so you can know at once the status of each package.
What do we track?
We track all kinds of mail — from personal orders, packages and parcels transported by national postal services, to commercial shipments transported by logistics and cargo companies. We track them whatever their mode of freight — airmail or surface mail (mail transported by land and sea).
Besides packages, we also track certified letters — cover letters, resignation letters, any other document, and also certified personal letters.
Which postal companies do we track, and in which countries?
We track over 750 courier and postal companies across four continents.
Our system tracks not only parcels transported by USPS, UPS, Ontrac and Fedex, but also those transported by smaller shipping companies in the United States. In the UK, our package tracking covers large couriers such as the Royal Mail, Hermes, DPD, Parcelforce and Parcel2Go, but we also track small regional and local couriers.
It's the same for every country. We track large couriers like DHL, Canada Post, Australia Post, China Post, India Post's fast service Speed Post, EMS — but also hundreds of smaller parcel delivery services across all countries.
If you would like to see the full list of companies we track, you will find it on this page.

What is a tracking number?
A tracking number — which is also called a tracking code, or a tracking ID — is a number assigned to mail — parcels and letters — when it is shipped. The tracking number is used to locate the shipment along all stages of the shipping process.
Formats of tracking numbers
Tracking numbers vary according to country, courier, and shipping mode or service. They are usually alphanumeric — made up of both numbers and letters — and range from 8 to 40 characters.
Most tracking numbers for international packages consist of 13 digits, complying with the S10 standard established by the Universal Postal Union (UPU) For example: RX876835231CN. In these tracking numbers, the first two letters identify the courier, and the last two identify the country of origin.

What is a order number?
An order number is a unique number identifying a purchase or an order placed by a customer.
The purpose of the order number is to allow both buyer and seller to easily identify a specific transaction, and know what is the product or service that has been sold and purchased, as well as all other details about the purchase.
The difference between an order number and a tracking number is this: while the tracking number is used to track a shipment, the order number is used to identify and refer to a specific order — even before the product is shipped, and after it has been delivered.

- Log into your account on the online store where you made the purchase;
- Go to 'My Orders';

Until international shipments leave the shipping hub, you may not have tracking info about them.
How long does it take to deliver a parcel?
Shipping times vary a lot depending on a few factors:
- the place the parcel is shipped from
- where the parcel is being sent to
- parcel weight
- courier company
- shipping mode (express or normal delivery)
When you are buying online, you can often choose whether you prefer normal or expedited delivery, and you are usually given an estimate of how long it will take to deliver your parcel.
If you have already made the purchase, and you want an estimate of when your parcel will arrive, here are a few things you can do:
- check the estimated delivery date on the purchase or shipping confirmation email;
- go on the courier's website and check their usual delivery times for parcels in your area;
- if your package has been shipped already, track it using our Pkge.net parcel tracker.
How long does a package take to arrive from China?
Again, this depends on all the factors listed above. But if you are in the US, here are some estimates provided:
- regular post — 1-2 weeks
- air express freight — 3 days
- regular air freight — 8-10 days

How long does EMS international shipping take?
EMS is a worldwide cooperative of national postal services. This means that in each participant country and territory, the EMS service is operated by the country's postal services, and that only they can provide customer care and answer individual questions.
The shipping times for packages sent through EMS vary according to shipping and destination country. If you would like to have an estimate of EMS delivery times, access your country's postal services' website. These websites usually have a calculator tool, where you can enter the sender's and recipient's zip codes, and see an estimated delivery time.
Here is a list of all postal services that are part of the EMS Cooperative.
How long can customs hold my package?
The length of time your package will be held by customs can vary from a mere few days to entire months. This depends on the destination country, the contents of the package, the courier company and the mode of shipping. If you want to make sure the customs clearance process will take as little time as possible, here are a few things you can do:
- mail only items that comply with transportation laws in both the shipping and the destination country;
- if you are sending and item that is considered dangerous by law, follow all the packaging and paperwork rules;
- whatever the kind of shipment, always provide the shipping company with the necessary documents and make sure they are correctly filled;
- pay any customs taxes or fees as soon as you can.
